No, we welcome people of all genders and sexualities. We wanted to make it easy for people specifically looking for LGBTQIA+ therapists to find us. So however you identify is ok!

Yes, some of our clinicians do work with young people and their families. Find a therapist who works with young people here.

A gender affirming assessment by a specialist is not required before commencing hormone therapy. Some GP’s feel more comfortable prescribing hormone therapy after a specialist assessment has taken place. Talk with your GP or check out our resources page and link to Gender Minorities for more information.

We offer scheduled appointments that give you the time and space to talk through whatever is needed. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, at risk of suicide, or worried about harm to yourself or others, you need to access crisis services.

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact your therapist directly. Regular session charges will apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booked session.
